	Mr John Bevan BCom Chief Executive Officer Mr Bevan was elected as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer on 16 June 2008. Mr Bevan joined Alumina Limited from BOC Group Plc where he most recently held the position of chief executive of Process Gas Solutions and was elected to the Board of Directors. He has had a long career with the BOC Group Plc including a variety of management roles in Australia, Korea, Thailand and the UK before becoming chief executive of Asia in 2000. He was a director of BOC Plc in London from 2003 - 2007. Mr Bevan brings strong commercial and operational experience gained through operating in joint ventures in many parts of the world, particularly Asia.
	Mr Chris Thiris BA(Acc) MBA Chief Financial Officer Chris Thiris joined Alumina Limited in December 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accounting, treasury, investor relations and taxation. Mr Thiris has extensive experience in finance and other management functions gained through senior roles he has held in other organizations.
	Stephen Foster BCom LLB(Hons) GdipAppFin (Sec Inst) Grad.Dip. CSP ACIS General Counsel & Company Secretary Mr Foster is responsible for legal, company secretarial, shareholder services, insurance and human resources. Mr Foster has a wide range of legal and commercial experience gained over 25 years, more recently at Village Roadshow and WMC Limited, after working with the legal firm of Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks (now Allens Arthur Robinson).
